The bikes we sell are not tuned at the manufacturing level and are only assembled enough for shipping purposes. Even parts that are pre-installed need to be checked/adjusted prior to riding. We understand that your bike was an investment and we encourage you to protect your investment against error by having it built/tuned at a shop. If anything is found defective by a certified bike shop, please have them contact us to work with the manufacturer to file a claim to get it replaced or reimbursed under their policy at that time.</div></div>
