Shipping Claims

Damaged or Missing Content Transit

If your package was delivered with damages or missing contents, please notify City Grounds immediately via email. Please reference the order number and the issues experienced. The serial number will be required in some cases and is best to provide it

Lost In Transit

For orders that have been marked as shipped and tracking provided, please allow 5 business days from the time of fulfillment to the date recieved. If no delivery or update has been provided on track during this time, please reach out to City Grounds
