Lost In TransitUpdated a year ago

For orders that have been marked as shipped and tracking provided, please allow 5 business days from the time of fulfillment to the date recieved. If no delivery or update has been provided on track during this time, please reach out to City Grounds to file a lost package claim. 


We will be required to wait for the shipping carrier to conduct their investigation for a couple of days and will be unable to ship out a replacement right away. In many cases, the original package receives additional scans and delivers.
