If your package was delivered with damages or missing contents, please notify City Grounds immediately via email. Please reference the order number and the issues experienced. The serial number will be required in some cases and is best to provide it right away.
In the event of damage: Attach a photo of the damages seen.
For missing contents: Please specify the specific part missing. (Photos are helpful as terminology may be improperly referenced and in some cases required as proof with the manufacturer to source replacements)
