City Grounds aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Just in case you change your mind, we gladly accept returns of new & unused products within a 30-day window. 

The product must be returned in its original form (new, unused, and undamaged, with original packaging and retail labels intact) within 30 days of receiving your order for an eligible refund. 

In the event of a return, customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the order.  This would include the actual shipping cost of products sent to you which may have been waived or discounted in addition to the return shipping expense. 

Additional restocking/shipping fees may be accrued to your return. These fees may include damages, incomplete returns, refusal, and the restocking of select made-to-order products.  

All fees and shipping expenses will be deducted from the total of the return.  

All items marked 'Final Sale' and/or 'Clearance' are considered non-returnable. City Grounds Gift Cards are Final Sale.
