How do I spend my points?
Points are used to redeem discount codes on select merchandise or overall order totals.
While logged in to your City Grounds Account, you can select the CG REWARDS widget in the bottom left of the screen.
Click REDEEM to scroll through a list of active coupon redemptions.
Eligible discounts will show REDEEM if sufficient points have been accrued.
Once you find a discount you would like, click redeem to receive a one-time use custom discount code that you will be able to copy and paste into checkout. (Note: You will still have to add the item to the cart, this is just to receive a discount code for the item).
The discounts generated through the Redeem Rewards section currently created them as "non-combinable. This is something our team is working on to improve.
