Will a signature be required on my package upon delivery?

For orders of high value or to a high-risk area, City Grounds may include a signature requirement to ensure a package is delivered securely and safely. The shipping carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. 

Your tracking will indicate whether a signature is required. We cannot remove the signature requirement once your package is in transit. 

If you are not unavailable at the shipping address, a recommendation is to hold the package at a nearby facility. Please call the shipping provider to arrange for the package to be held for a more convenient pick-up. Valid Identification will be required for pick up at the facility. Packages that failed to deliver after 3rd delivery attempt will reroute back to the sender and will accrue shipping fees.
