Tracking information will be available and emailed out once the order is prepared for shipment and fully fulfilled with our warehouse team. (3-6 Business Days)

Shipping times do vary depending on the item and location.  

Standard Ground - 1-6 Business days. Delivers Monday Through Friday. 

Oversized/Overweight Items such as bikes, wheels, and frames must ship to a physical address and will not ship to a PO Box and APO/FPO. 

Expedited shipping options are not available due to the high rates for this service on bicycles. In many cases, it costs over 75% of what the bike costs.
