Assembly InstructionsUpdated 2 years ago


Warning:
Please note that assembly by a professional is advised to avoid potential errors that can commonly occur during the assembly process by someone untrained. Most manufacturers require this proof of assembly by a shop in the event of warranty otherwise warranty may be considered null and void. 


Assembly Instructions: 


Step 1: Remove all the protective packaging and be sure you are not missing any parts (ie. pedals, Seatpost, saddle). If there is any damage or any missing parts, immediately contact [email protected]. 


Step 2: Install wheels




Step 3: Install and align stem and handlebars


Step 4: Install and align the stem & handlebars.

Step 5: Install pedals (LEFT PEDAL IS REVERSE THREADED) 


Step 6: Install and adjust brakes

Step 7: Install and adjust derailleurs


Front: 

Rear: 


Step 8: Inflate Tires to the recommended PSI (Usually indicated on the sidewall of the tire)

Step 9: Perform a Pre-Ride Safety Check
